Publisher Development, Lead (Remote)

lockr provides infrastructure for first-party data collection, enrichment, and activation. Our Audience Integration Manager (AIM) provides a unified hub where publishers can manage all their data in a single self-service platform.

Publishers today are navigating an increasingly complex landscape shaped by tightening privacy regulations, the erosion of traditional data signals, and resource limitations brought on by cost-cutting measures. These challenges demand a fundamental shift in how publishers approach key aspects of their operations. Server-side integrations are now critical for improving site performance and reducing vulnerabilities, while the management of data must move in-house to provide greater control and flexibility. At the same time, enabling secure and streamlined access to data for approved partners and advertisers has become a priority to unlock revenue opportunities.

lockr offers publishers a seamless way to enable these capabilities into their existing workflows. AIM empowers publishers to maintain efficiency, take ownership of their data strategy, and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: You’ll oversee all aspects of the publisher pipeline growth and forecast timelines and potential blockers.
  • Pitching to Publishers: You’ll be able to quickly and articulately pitch the value of people-based identity to a publisher and why they should implement lockr Audience Integration Manager. You’ll be able to handle objections, qualify if a publisher is a good fit, and get the publisher comfortable with adoption.
  • Day-to-day workstream tracking: You’ll be working with many publishers, all on different timelines. It’s critical that you’re able to project manage the different efforts and make sure that we’re meeting goals around contract signing and implementation. You’ll be the project manager across legal, privacy, product, and implementation and you’ll be responsible for making sure the publisher’s needs are met.
  • Publisher Relationship Management: Once a publisher has adopted, that’s just the beginning. You’ll nurture a long term, strategic relationship with the publisher and become their go to person for first-party data management.
  • Product Expertise: You’ll be able to explain and pitch lockr products to publishers of all types including traditional web, app, CTV, AI and Retail Media.
